Development Story / 開発ストーリー
■ Development Notes The simple pouch, the Lastbit Pouch, has gotten bigger. We use leftover material generated during prototyping and mass production. The reason I developed the L size is because I'm not very good at managing money and receipts, so I made it a little bigger so that I could easily open it up and see the contents. I created several samples just to make it larger, and then I made one that I personally found to be a good balance. Another important lesson I learned while hiking abroad was my experience in Nepal, where I had no idea how much money I had because I folded unfamiliar banknotes and put them in my bag.
Design Concept / 設計コンセプト
Design
The interior is a simple pouch with no dividers. There's no particular reason, but I use waterproof zippers because they look good. Loops are provided on both sides, allowing you to attach a strap or leash as you like. The slider handle features a ribbon-style handle with the "MIYAGEN" logo. This component was specially made by a factory that produces world-renowned products. We will continue to use this component in our future products. While the ribbon pull tab is less durable than the resin type, its advantage is that it is easy to grip even when wet. It's a simple and appealing component with minimal bulk. I also like its slightly retro feel.

Size
A palm-sized, simple, and not-too-small pouch. It's large enough to hold banknotes without folding them. Because it's smaller than a folded map, it can be stored in a fanny pack.
