1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to all of Japan.
2. Shipping Methods and Fees
We choose the most suitable shipping method based on item size and weight.
- Compact shipping: Nekopos, Click Post and similar services
- Standard shipping: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express and similar carriers
* Shipping fees are shown in the cart at checkout.
* Orders above a certain total amount qualify for free shipping.
3. Days until Shipment
Items typically ship within 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed (after payment is received).
- Shipping operations may pause on weekends, public holidays, year-end, and Obon periods.
- When orders concentrate (such as around new product releases), it may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, items typically arrive in 2–5 days.
- Outlying islands, certain regions, weather and traffic conditions may cause delays.
- You can track the latest status using the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.
5. Out of Stock and Shortages
We manage on actual stock, but in the rare case an ordered item turns out to be out of stock, we will contact you promptly by email and offer either order cancellation (refund) or a substitute item.
