Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. So you can shop with confidence at MIYAGEN Trail Engineering, we apply the refund and return policy below.

1. Period for accepting returns and exchanges

Please contact us at the address below within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after this period, so please check your order soon after it arrives.

2. When we accept returns and exchanges (at our cost)

We will promptly arrange a return or exchange for a sound item in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or soiled
  • The item delivered differs from your order

* In these cases, return shipping and any handling fees are fully covered by us.

3. When we cannot accept returns or exchanges

Items in the following condition are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items more than 8 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used (other than for fitting)
  • Items damaged or soiled in the customer's possession
  • Items with lost or damaged tags, labels or packaging (bag, box, etc.)
  • Sale, outlet, or made-to-order items

4. Returns and exchanges for customer-side reasons

Returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size or different from the image are accepted only if the item is unused and unopened.

  • Return shipping and bank transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.

For free-shipping orders: we refund the order amount minus the actual shipping cost incurred at delivery.

5. How to return or exchange

Please contact the email address below in advance. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.

6. Refunds

After the returned item arrives and is inspected, we process the refund promptly.

  • Credit card and similar payments: we cancel the transaction or adjust the amount.
  • Other payments: we transfer the refund to the bank account you specify.

* Refunds may take from a few business days up to about a month, depending on each payment provider's cycle.
